Position: IT Project Manager – SAP or Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central
Location: Burlington, ON or Downtown Toronto
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)
Salary: $95,000–$115,000 + comprehensive benefits & pension plan

Our client, a large and well-established healthcare shared services organization, is seeking experienced IT Project Managers to lead enterprise-wide ERP and operational transformation initiatives. These are high-impact roles supporting major business and technology programs across supply chain, finance, procurement, and distribution operations.
One opportunity is focused on a large SAP transformation program scheduled for go-live next year, while the second permanent role will support a portfolio of projects tied to distribution centre expansion and operational modernization initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise IT and ERP projects valued at $1M+
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and governance activities
- Coordinate with business leaders, third-party vendors, systems integrators, and internal IT teams
- Drive stakeholder communication across finance, procurement, supply chain, and operational teams
- Oversee project planning, resource coordination, reporting, and executive updates
- Support both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies depending on project requirements
- Ensure successful implementation and adoption of large-scale transformation initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of enterprise IT Project Management experience
- Proven experience delivering large ERP implementations or transformation programs
- Strong experience with SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central, vendor and stakeholder management, budget ownership and governance reporting, risk and issue management
- PMP certification is required
- Experience working within healthcare, supply chain, manufacturing, public sector, distribution, or shared services environments is highly preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Additional Details:
- Burlington is the preferred working location as many key stakeholders are based there
- Candidates must be comfortable working onsite three days per week
