Position: Recruiter
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: $35-$40 per hour
Job Type: 1-month contract (immediate start)
We’re partnering with a growing SaaS organization that is looking to bring on a Recruiter to support a busy hiring period. This is a fully remote contract opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruitment environments and is comfortable managing a broad scope of roles.
The position will focus heavily on sourcing, applicant review, pre-screen interviews, and interview coordination, with an emphasis on sales-focused and IT/technical roles.
What You Will Do:
- Proactively sourcing candidates across LinkedIn and other platforms
- Reviewing applications and identifying strong matches
- Conducting pre-screen interviews and assessing candidate fit
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring teams
- Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting recruitment efforts across a variety of sales and IT roles
- Helping maintain a positive and professional candidate experience
What You Bring:
- Demonstrated success recruiting across corporate, sales, or technical functions
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
