Poste : contrôleur financier – immobilier
Lieu de travail : Montréal, près de la station de métro Villa-Maria
Salaire : 100 000 $ à 150 000 $
Notre client, un groupe immobilier bien établi, cherche à recruter un contrôleur financier pour soutenir les opérations financières de son portefeuille d’immeubles commerciaux. Ce poste offre un haut niveau d’autonomie et convient parfaitement à un professionnel débrouillard qui s’épanouit dans un environnement entrepreneurial.
Vos responsabilités :
- Diriger les activités comptables d’un portefeuille d’entités immobilières
- Surveiller la gestion de la trésorerie, les opérations bancaires et les transactions interentreprises
- Examiner les données financières pour garantir leur exactitude et la qualité des rapports entre les sociétés
- Superviser les fonctions comptables quotidiennes, y compris le soutien à la comptabilité fournisseurs et à la tenue des livres
- Assurer la liaison avec les cabinets comptables externes pour les dossiers de fin d’exercice et les exigences en matière de rapports financiers
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des flux de travail internes et à l’optimisation de l’efficacité des systèmes
- Travailler directement avec les propriétaires sur les initiatives opérationnelles et financières
Ce que nous recherchons :
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité
- Diplôme, certificat ou grade en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe
- Une expérience dans l'immobilier ou la gestion immobilière est un atout
- A l'aise pour travailler au sein de structures multi-sociétés
- La connaissance de Yardi est un plus
- Esprit d'initiative, excellentes compétences organisationnelles et approche pratique

Our client, a well-established real estate group, is looking to add a Financial Controller to support the financial operations of its commercial property portfolio. This position offers a high level of autonomy and is well suited for a resourceful professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the accounting activities for a portfolio of real estate entities
- Monitor cash management, banking activities, and intercompany transactions
- Review financial data to ensure accuracy and proper reporting across companies
- Oversee daily accounting functions, including AP and bookkeeping support
- Liaise with external accounting firms for year-end files and financial reporting requirements
- Contribute to improving internal workflows and enhancing system efficiencies
- Work directly with ownership on operational and financial initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- Diploma, certificate, or degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience in real estate or property management is an asset
- Comfortable working within multi-company structures
- Knowledge of Yardi is beneficial
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach
