Position: Remote Graphic Designer (Level 2) to support a team based in Guelph

We’re seeking an experienced Level 2 Graphic Designer to support a team based in Guelph, ON. This remote role is ideal for a detail-driven creative who excels in brand stewardship, production art, and cross-channel design.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver accurate, brand-compliant design solutions across print and digital channels
- Produce and redesign layouts, including mechanical files, from concept to final output
- Present design concepts and rationale to clients; participate in client meetings
- Ensure all work meets WCAG 2.0 (ADA) accessibility standards
- Manage multiple projects while meeting budgets, deadlines, and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners through all stages of production
- Prepare files for print and digital delivery; maintain documentation and approvals
- Provide brand guidance, quality control, and ongoing process improvements
What You Bring:
- 5–7+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma required, After Effects a strong asset
- Experience with print, digital ads, web assets, social media, email campaigns, and animation
- Strong understanding of brand standards, accessibility, and production best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication, time management, and client service skills
- Ability to present ideas, brainstorm with senior stakeholders, and work collaboratively
- Strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating creativity and critical thinking
- Fluent in English (bilingual an asset)
Education:
- Diploma or degree (2–4 years) in Graphic Design, New Media, or related field

- Accurate timesheet completion required
- Security clearance may be required
