Position: Associate Consultant (Technology Recruitment & Sales)
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Quantum Technology Recruiting is looking for ambitious, competitive, and entrepreneurial recent graduates to join our New York City team.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in building a career in sales, business development, recruiting, or entrepreneurship. As an Associate Consultant, you will learn how to identify talent, build relationships, develop new business opportunities, and ultimately manage your own client portfolio.
Recruitment is a high-performance sales career where success is directly tied to your effort, execution, and ability to build trusted relationships. You'll work alongside experienced consultants and receive hands-on training in business development, candidate engagement, negotiation, and account management.
What You'll Do:
Talent Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Identify and engage top technology professionals across software engineering, AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and data
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Conduct candidate qualification calls and assess technical and professional fit
- Manage interview processes and support offer negotiations
Business Development & Sales
- Research target companies and identify hiring decision-makers
- Generate leads and support new business development initiatives
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Participate in client meetings and learn consultative sales techniques
- Help grow existing client relationships and identify new hiring opportunities
Market Intelligence
- Develop expertise within the technology hiring market
- Track industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movement
- Become a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients
