Position: Corporate Legal Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON, Hybrid
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 + Benefits

Our client, a respected Bay Street law firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant to support a busy Corporate practice group. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated legal work within a collaborative and professional environment that values strong support staff and long-term career development.
Responsibilities:
- Support corporate transactions and related documentation
- Prepare, revise, format, and proofread legal documents
- Maintain corporate records and minute books
- Coordinate closings and compile closing books
- Manage calendars, deadlines, meetings, billing, expenses, and file administration
- Liaise professionally with lawyers, clients, and internal teams
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Corporate Legal Assistant experience within a law firm
- Legal Assistant and/or Law Clerk diploma preferred
- Strong experience supporting corporate transactions
- Excellent proofreading, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
