About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior leader within a large and dynamic investment organization.
This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys managing competing priorities, and takes pride in providing exceptional support. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the seamless coordination of executive priorities, meetings, travel, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating executive priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and briefing documents.
- Support executive expense management and related administrative processes.
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders across multiple business groups.
- Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Serve as a key point of contact, helping to facilitate communication and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Assist with planning leadership meetings, team events, and special projects.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant required.
- Experience supporting senior leaders within large corporate, professional services, financial services, consulting, or similarly fast-paced environments.
- Strong calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
