About the Opportunity
Our client, a globally recognized investment organization, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team on a 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders, priorities, and time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, and travel logistics.
- Prepare presentations, agendas, briefing materials, reports, and other executive documentation.
- Process expense reports and support invoice administration in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate internal meetings, off-site events, and departmental initiatives from planning through execution.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong professional relationships.
- Maintain organized electronic files, records, and confidential documentation.
- Support special projects and provide additional administrative assistance as required.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting executives within financial services, investment management, consulting, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment is considered an asset.
