Position: Business Technology Project Manager (Dynamics 365 CRM & Workday)
Location: Hybrid – Greater Toronto Area (1 day onsite per week)
Salary: $100/hour INC for 37.5 hours per week

We are partnering with a large Canadian enterprise undergoing significant transformation across its customer-facing and enterprise business platforms. We are seeking a Business Technology Project Manager to provide leadership across a portfolio of critical applications, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 CRM and exposure to Workday Finance and HR environments.
This is not a traditional PMO or project coordination role. We are looking for a technically minded leader who can oversee enterprise application operations, manage vendors and AMS partners, drive governance, resolve complex issues, and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. The successful candidate will support both CRM and Workday initiatives, with Dynamics 365 CRM being the primary area of focus.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead technology initiatives and operational governance across Dynamics 365 CRM, Workday, and related enterprise platforms
- Oversee Application Management Services (AMS) vendors and hold partners accountable to service levels, KPIs, and delivery commitments
- Drive issue resolution, escalation management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, releases, and operational improvements
- Support ongoing CRM transformation initiatives as well as Workday post-go-live operations and enhancements
- Manage enterprise application roadmaps, service delivery, and platform stability
- Lead governance meetings, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Partner with technical teams, vendors, and business leaders to support ongoing transformation programs
- Ensure integrations, data flows, and enterprise systems operate effectively across the broader technology ecosystem
What We're Looking For:
Required Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Enterprise Applications, or Technology Leadership roles
- Strong hands-on or leadership experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience leading CRM implementations, enhancements, support, or transformation programs
- Exposure to Workday Finance, Workday HCM, or Workday enterprise environments
- Experience managing enterprise application portfolios that include CRM, ERP, HRIS, or business-critical platforms
- Proven experience managing vendors, AMS providers, or third-party technology partners
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to challenge vendors, investigate issues, and drive solutions rather than simply coordinating activities
Preferred Experience
- Workday implementation, post-go-live support, upgrades, or enhancement experience
- Experience with Workday Finance and/or HCM modules
- Contact Centre, Customer Service, NICE, or CCaaS platform experience
- Azure cloud environment exposure
- ITIL, Dynamics 365, or Workday certifications
