Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière bien établie, est à la recherche d’un analyste financier minutieux et doté d’un esprit analytique pour rejoindre son équipe financière. Ce poste offre l’opportunité de jouer un rôle clé dans la production de rapports financiers, l’analyse des coûts, la gestion des stocks et les initiatives d’amélioration des processus au sein d’un environnement manufacturier dynamique.
Responsabilités principales :
- Analyser et surveiller les coûts de production et de fabrication
- Effectuer des analyses mensuelles des coûts
- Préparer des rapports et des analyses d’inventaire
- Examiner et expliquer les écarts financiers
- Effectuer le rapprochement des transactions interentreprises
- Effectuer les rapprochements mensuels du bilan
- Soutenir les activités de clôture de fin de mois, y compris les écritures comptables, l’analyse des comptes et la production de rapports
- Participer aux audits internes et externes
- Identifier les possibilités de rationalisation des processus comptables
Qualifications :
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance
- Le titre de CPA en cours d'obtention est un atout
- 4 ans d'expérience progressive en comptabilité ou en analyse financière
- Une expérience antérieure dans un environnement de fabrication est un atout
- Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel et des autres applications Microsoft Office

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in financial reporting, cost analysis, inventory management, and process improvement initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor production and job costs
- Perform monthly cost analysis
- Prepare inventory reporting and analysis
- Investigate and explain financial variances
- Reconcile intercompany transactions
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, account analysis, and reporting
- Assist with internal and external audit
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA designation in progress is an asset
- 4 years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is an asset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
