Position: Administrative & Project Coordinator
Location: Downtown Toronto (Bay Street)
Salary: $28 to $32 per hour

Our client, a well-established corporate organization located in downtown Toronto, is seeking an Administrative & Project Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and professional administrative professional looking to gain valuable corporate experience while supporting a variety of business operations and project initiatives.
This role offers a diverse mix of executive support, office administration, onboarding coordination, and project-related responsibilities within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a senior leader, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense processing
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including equipment setup, workspace preparation, system access, and badge requests
- Prepare reports, organizational charts, presentations, and other business documentation using Microsoft Office and Visio
- Assist with office operations and day-to-day administrative activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace
- Support various projects through coordination, tracking, documentation, and follow-up activities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to facilitate communication and execution of key initiatives
- Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documentation
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, project support, or related experience
- Experience creating reports, tracking information, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, proactive, and resourceful approach to work
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
