Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Ottawa, ON (Westboro or Greenboro)

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for office administration, reception duties, payroll and HR support, board meeting coordination, record management, and general administrative support to the Executive Director.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with payroll, HR administration, and bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Standard First Aid & CPR Level C
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
- French is considered an asset
