Position: Partnership & Engagement Manager (Major Gifts)
Location: Toronto, ON (On-Site)
Salary: $42–$46/hour
Job Type: 3 months (potential for extension or to convert perm)

Our client in the nonprofit sector is seeking an experienced Partnership & Engagement Manager (Major Gifts) to lead fundraising and partnership development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage fundraising strategies across corporate, foundation, major gifts, leadership giving, planned giving, and government funding streams.
- Identify, cultivate, and steward donors, sponsors, and funding partners.
- Prepare grant applications, funding proposals, RFPs, and donor reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage fundraising budgets and track revenue performance.
- Support fundraising events and engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of progressive fundraising, partnership development, or business development experience.
- Proven success securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and/or grant funding.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing funding proposals and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.
