Position: Business Analyst

We're looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a collaborative service operations team. If you enjoy working with data, building reports, identifying trends, and turning insights into business improvements, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze service data and performance metrics to support business decisions.
- Prepare and deliver customer and internal reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
- Identify trends, improve data quality, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and service performance.
- Support reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or a technical/service environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with service performance metrics, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), or reporting tools is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
