Position: Receptionist
Location: Toronto, ON (Remote)
Salary: $19 - $20/hr

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Receptionist (Remote) to support our downtown corporate client on a part-time basis, 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Transfer calls to the appropriate team member
- Monitor and action voicemails
- Take and relay messages as needed
- Provide a professional and positive first point of contact for callers
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Friendly and professional manner
- Organized and able to work independently
- Comfortable working remotely
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an asset
