Position: Human Resources Specialist, Total Rewards & HR Systems
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Salary: $50$62/hour

Our client, a respected public sector organization, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist, Total Rewards & HR Systems to support Total Rewards operations, HR reporting, and HR systems administration. This role will also play a key part in the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, making it an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong HR operations, reporting, and HRIS experience.
What You'll Do:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including pension, disability, life insurance, vacation accruals, and union credits
- Manage compensation reviews and support the job evaluation process
- Administer employee leaves of absence and maintain HR records
- Support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, including system testing, data validation, and quality assurance
- Document HR processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Produce HR reports, dashboards, weekly headcount reports, and organizational charts
- Coordinate quarterly reporting, audit requests, and Health & Safety reporting
- Reconcile HR position reporting with Finance
- Support HR invoice processing and other HR operational activities
What You Bring:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 710 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR Operations, Total Rewards, and HR reporting
- Experience administering employee benefits and compensation programs
- Experience working with ADP or another HRIS
- Experience supporting HRIS or HCM implementations
- Oracle Fusion HCM experience is considered a strong asset
- CHRL designation (or working toward certification) is an asset
- Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and reporting
