Position: Technology Support Analyst Executive & Meeting Technology
Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid (2 days on-site, Downtown Toronto)
Pay Rate: $50 to $60/hour

We are seeking an experienced Technology Support Analyst Executive & Meeting Technology to join a leading enterprise IT team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys providing white-glove executive support while ensuring meeting room and collaboration technologies operate seamlessly across a modern corporate environment.
Your new role:
As a Technology Support Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technology support to senior leaders and executive assistants while maintaining meeting room technologies, including Microsoft Teams Rooms and audiovisual collaboration solutions. You'll work closely with internal technology teams, facilities, and external vendors to ensure executive offices and meeting spaces are fully operational and ready to support critical business meetings.
This role offers the opportunity to work with modern workplace technologies, support enterprise collaboration initiatives, and contribute to technology deployments and continuous service improvements within a dynamic corporate environment.
Key requirements:
- College diploma or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Technology, Audio Visual Technology, or a related field
- 35 years of experience supporting executive technology environments, workplace technologies, or meeting room technologies
- Experience providing white-glove support to senior executives and supporting high-profile business meetings
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience supporting Windows 11 devices, laptops, mobile devices, docking stations, displays, printers, and collaboration technologies
- Knowledge of audio/video conferencing systems, presentation technologies, room scheduling systems, and digital signage
- Experience performing meeting room readiness checks, troubleshooting AV issues, and coordinating vendor support
- Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting experience
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience deploying Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Experience with Crestron technologies
- Experience supporting executive boardrooms and leadership meeting spaces
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and modern device management
- Experience working with third-party AV vendors and system integrators
- ITIL Foundation certification
- CTS certification or equivalent AV industry experience
