Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Hybrid, 2 days a week in Toronto
Payrate: $50-$60 per hour
Job type: 6-month contract

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities by creating, assigning, and tracking tasks using Microsoft Planner, ensuring project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams using Microsoft Teams, including scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining project updates.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, templates, meeting minutes, and project artifacts within SharePoint, ensuring document accuracy, organization, and version control.
- Prepare project schedules, status reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), while monitoring project progress and escalating risks or issues as needed.
- Support project governance by coordinating meetings, maintaining project plans, following up on deliverables, and ensuring compliance with established PMO standards and project management processes.
Qualifications:
- 25 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or in a similar project support role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid), with experience supporting PMOs or enterprise project teams considered an asset.
