Position: End User Computing (EUC) Support Analyst
Location: Mississauga, ON (5 days onsite for the first 2 weeks, then 3 days onsite/week)
Salary: Up to $55.00/hour
Duration: 6-month contract + extension

Our client is currently seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Support Analyst to join their Technology Support Services team. This is a traditional desktop support role within an enterprise environment, providing day-to-day technical support to end users across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of desktop support experience, outstanding customer service skills, and a proactive, team-first attitude. This position offers the opportunity to support a modern Microsoft environment while working alongside a collaborative IT team.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and VPN connectivity issues.
- Configure, image, deploy, and distribute laptops, desktops, and peripheral equipment.
- Provision user accounts and support new hire onboarding activities.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues in an enterprise environment.
- Manage incidents and service requests through an enterprise ticketing system while delivering excellent customer service.
- Learn and support internal business applications as required (training will be provided).
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve escalated technical issues and support enterprise technology initiatives.
This is a hybrid contract opportunity with a collaborative enterprise IT team, offering exposure to a large-scale end-user environment. There is no on-call rotation, with only occasional after-hours work required to support deployments and system rollouts.
