About the Opportunity
Our client is building an AI-powered SaaS platform that is transforming how professionals analyze and interact with large technical documents. Their software combines modern web technologies, cloud services, computer vision, and machine learning to automate complex workflows while maintaining a seamless user experience.
They are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can take ownership of features from design through production while collaborating with Product, Design, and AI teams.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications.
- Build modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs using Python (Flask or similar).
- Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Design scalable MongoDB data models and improve query performance.
- Build and maintain asynchronous processing workflows.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning engineers to integrate AI-powered features.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Write automated tests and maintain high code quality.
- Monitor production systems and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Mentor other developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience developing production applications across frontend and backend.
- 3+ years of React and TypeScript experience.
- Strong Python development experience (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
- Experience with MongoDB or another NoSQL database.
- Experience working with Docker.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous processing.
- Experience building automated tests.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Pixi.js, Canvas, WebGL, Three.js, Konva, or Fabric.js.
- Computer vision or machine learning integrations.
- OCR or document-processing applications.
- High-performance graphical interfaces.
- Multi-tenant SaaS applications.
- Redis or queueing technologies.
- CI/CD pipelines.
- Observability tools such as Sentry, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
