What you’ll be doing:
- Perform daily warehouse duties including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders
- Complete local deliveries in a safe, timely, and professional manner
- Maintain accurate inventory through replenishment, cycle counts, and stock organization
- Support vendor-managed inventory (VMI) activities as required
- Perform paint mixing duties when needed
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow workplace safety procedures
- Provide professional and responsive customer service during deliveries and order support
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery timelines
- Assist with general warehouse and operational duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, delivery driving, or a similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Forklift certification is considered an asset
- Experience with automotive, industrial, or paint-related products is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
