- Ability to gather information, ask the right questions, and turn requests into clear project requirements.
- Working knowledge of email, web, social media, digital, and print communications.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Fundraising, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM, donor-management, or fundraising platforms is an asset.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
- Ability to occasionally work evenings or weekends to support fundraising events.

What You'll Get:

- $60,000–$70,000 salary
- Hybrid work environment – 3 days per week onsite
- 3 weeks' vacation
- Comprehensive health and benefits coverage
- Opportunity to join an established, mission-driven organization in a newly dedicated role
