The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established not-for-profit organization in the GTA with a strong community impact. They are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support fundraising campaigns, events, digital initiatives, and communications.
This is a great opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys coordinating projects and bringing campaigns from concept to completion.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate marketing materials and campaigns from concept to completion.
- Work with fundraising, communications, and creative teams to deliver projects on time.
- Manage project timelines, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate digital marketing initiatives, including email, web, and social media.
- Support fundraising campaigns, events, and community initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and creative partners.
- Maintain marketing materials, templates, and digital assets.
- Ensure marketing materials are accurate, professional, and on brand.
- Support internal teams with marketing resources and tools.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, fundraising, or project coordination.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, projects, events, or communications initiatives.
- Experience with digital marketing, including email, web, and social media.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with CRM, donor management, or fundraising platforms is an asset.
- Experience in the not-for-profit or charitable sector is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle is an asset.
- Availability to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events.
