Position: Immigration Case Manager
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: $25.00–$28.00 per hour
Job Type: 2-Month Contract with Potential for Extension
Hours: Full-Time, 8 Hours per Day

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Immigration Case Manager to support a busy immigration law practice. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting attorneys with a high volume of employment-based immigration matters, primarily PERM-based I-140 petitions.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys with a high volume of PERM-based I-140 petitions- Communicate directly with clients to obtain required documentation and information for filings
- Review forms and supporting documents to ensure they are complete and accurate prior to attorney review
- Track outstanding documentation, case requirements, and deadlines
- Respond to client inquiries regarding case status and provide routine updates
- Escalate legal questions and complex matters to the appropriate attorney
- Maintain organized and accurate electronic case files
- Provide additional case management and administrative support as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in immigration law, immigration case management, or a related legal support role- Experience with employment-based immigration, PERM and/or I-140 petitions is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with a high volume of documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment
