About the Opportunity
Are you polished, personable and passionate about creating an exceptional experience for clients and guests?
We are looking for a Receptionist to join an established organization in downtown Toronto. As the first point of contact for the office, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, polished and professional experience for clients, visitors and employees.
This opportunity is well suited to someone who comes from corporate reception, high-end hospitality, luxury service or another professional client-facing environment. You are naturally warm and engaging, highly organized and comfortable interacting with clients, executives and senior professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients, visitors and guests and provide a consistently polished and professional experience
- Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to general inquiries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared and presentation-ready
- Maintain the reception area and shared office spaces to a high standard
- Coordinate catering, refreshments and meeting-related requests
- Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
- Work closely with colleagues to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, hospitality, luxury service, administration or another professional client-facing environment
- A polished, warm and confident communication style
- A strong service mindset and genuine enjoyment of interacting with people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional judgment and confidence interacting with clients and senior professionals
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday in downtown Toronto
