Position: Project Manager (Supply Chain/ Order Management Integration)
Location: Toronto
Salary: $120,000 - $147,000
Job Type: Full-time, Remote, requires 4 days onsite and 5 days onsite starting April

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager specializing in enterprise-level complex integration projects specifically related to Supply Chain, Order Fulfillment, Retail Systems and Warehouse Management.
The initial project will focus on enabling integration across retail, supply chain, and order fulfillment functions. The environment includes SAP and Manhattan WMS, along with a number of legacy systems, creating a complex integration landscape.
The initial assignment will focus heavily on a large-scale integration initiative for the first 8-9 months, with additional projects to follow as part of the broader PMO portfolio.
Description:
- Lead and manage a large-scale, complex integration project from planning through delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Track and communicate project progress, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into status and key decisions.
- Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, steering committees, and stakeholder discussions.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and impacts.
- Work collaboratively with vendors and external partners to coordinate deliverables and ensure accountability.
- Liaise closely with Data Architects, Data Engineers, Integration Engineers, and other technical teams.
- Coordinate across multiple technology and business teams to manage complex system dependencies.
- Identify and proactively address project risks, roadblocks, and issues.
- Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
- Support the successful integration of SAP, Manhattan WMS, and legacy systems within the broader retail and supply chain ecosystem.
- Provide strong project governance, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Skills:
- Previous experience working on large-scale complex integrations in the Retail, Supply Chain, Order Management, Warehousing environments.
- Understands the Retail/ Warehouse lifecycle and year-end planning.
- A-type, driven personality focused on fast results.
- Subject matter expert in resource-planning and delivery (setting up and meeting timelines, setting up buffers etc..)
- Extreme communicator that can hold people accountable and and follow-up continuously (always has a backup plan to keep moving forward).
- Can present results in front of stakeholders and CEO.
