Are you a high-energy learning professional who can walk into a room, command attention, and make training memorable?
Our client is looking for a Senior Talent Development Associate to join their team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong training delivery and presentation skills with hands-on LMS administration experience specifically Oracle. Youll be supporting established learning programs, keeping content and systems running smoothly, and ensuring employees have an engaging, seamless learning experience.
What youll be doing:
- Facilitate onboarding, soft skills, corporate and legislatively required training
- Deliver engaging, high-impact presentations to a variety of audiences
- Administer and maintain the Oracle LMS, including course tracking, reporting and data integrity
- Maintain and update training materials, e-learning content, decks and facilitator guides
- Coordinate training logistics, scheduling and participant communications
- Monitor learning completion and compliance requirements
- Analyze training metrics and learner feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to keep learning content relevant and effective
- Support career development initiatives and ongoing employee learning
What were looking for:
- 35 years of experience in training delivery, learning coordination or L&D support
- Hands-on LMS experience, ideally Oracle
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
- A confident, engaging and energetic communication style
- Someone who is creative and knows how to capture and hold an audiences attention
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience with blended learning/eLearning is an asset
- Finance or auto finance experience is an asset
- Bachelors degree in training, teaching or a related field is preferred
A key part of this role: The client has recently launched new programs, so this position is less about building a large number of brand-new programs and more about delivering, maintaining, administering and continuously improving existing learning initiatives.
