Location: Etobicoke, ON – Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite

Role Overview
Our client is seeking Senior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineers to support a major SailPoint ISC initiative focused on application onboarding, platform engineering, stabilization, and ongoing enhancements. This is a hands-on engineering role for candidates with strong recent experience in SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow. The role will involve onboarding applications, configuring integrations and connectors, supporting identity lifecycle processes, troubleshooting production issues, and enhancing the ISC platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard enterprise applications into SailPoint ISC, including configuring sources, connectors, identity profiles, access configurations, entitlements, and integrations.
- Configure and support identity lifecycle and access management processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, aggregation, identity correlation, access requests, certifications, and workflows.
- Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot SailPoint ISC integrations, including REST API and enterprise application integrations, while investigating and resolving provisioning or aggregation issues.
- Provide platform engineering and production support for the SailPoint ISC environment, including stabilization, optimization, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements.
- Collaborate with application owners, IAM stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, onboard applications, resolve integration issues, and ensure successful delivery and ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant IAM/SailPoint experience, with strong preference for candidates with 7+ years of experience and recent hands-on SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow expertise.
- Proven hands-on experience onboarding applications into SailPoint ISC, including experience with sources, connectors, identity profiles, access configurations, entitlements, aggregation, and provisioning.
- Strong experience with SailPoint ISC integrations and troubleshooting, including REST APIs, enterprise application integrations, provisioning/de-provisioning, identity correlation, and production support.
- Experience working with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID, along with identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and workflows.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work directly with application owners, IAM teams, and other technical stakeholders in a large enterprise environment.
