Position: Fundraising Coordinator
Location: Midtown Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Salary: $22-$24 per hour
Job Type: 5-month contract with potential for extension

We are recruiting on behalf of our non-profit client for a Fundraising Coordinator to join their team in Toronto. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong administrative, data entry, and customer service skills who wants to support meaningful fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for fundraising programs, including events, monthly giving, and major gifts.- Accurately enter and maintain donor information in databases.
- Assist with donation processing, deposits, reconciliation, and charitable receipting.
- Update donor records with communications, event details, and sponsor information.
- Contact monthly donors to obtain updated credit card information as needed.
- Maintain files, mailing lists, and inventory of printed materials and promotional products.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce and/or SQL is an asset.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SQL is an asset.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of donation processing, CRA regulations, basic accounting, or French is an asset.
