Position: Immigration Paralegal
Location: Canada (Fully Remote)
Salary: $35–$50 per hour, depending on experience

Our legal-based client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to support employment-based immigration matters, including PERM, I-140, EB-1C petitions, and Responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
The ideal candidate will have strong legal writing, organizational, and case management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and support employment-based immigration filings, including PERM applications, I-140 petitions, and EB-1C petitions.
- Draft and prepare Responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), including reviewing and organizing supporting documentation.
- Manage multiple immigration cases, track case progress, monitor deadlines, and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Maintain accurate case histories, electronic files, and supporting documentation.
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation requirements, case updates, and outstanding items.
- Coordinate with attorneys and clients to ensure timely and accurate completion of immigration filings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a paralegal, legal support, or immigration-related role preferred.
- Experience with employment-based immigration matters, particularly PERM, I-140, EB-1C, and RFE responses, is highly desirable.
- Strong legal writing, drafting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent written communication, organizational, and client service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines in a remote environment.
