Your Challenge:

In this role, you'll balance accounting tasks and customer service responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client support by:

- Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Managing accounts payable and supporting other accounting processes such as invoice reconciliation and expense tracking.

- Processing and shipping orders accurately and on time.
- Maintaining financial and operational data using Excel and other software tools.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to coordinate pre- and post-sales activities, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: At least 1 year in an administrative accounting related role, with customer service responsibilities.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounts payable or related accounting processes.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks is an asset.
- Software Savvy: Comfortable learning and using various software tools.
- Customer Focus: A customer-first mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service and support.
- Qualities: Attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, and a team-oriented approach.
