Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Production Manager and HR Business Partner. This role is ideal for candidates with a manufacturing background who thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Support Production Manager and HRBP with daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including IT setup and workspace preparation
- Organize and track meetings, events, and critical deadlines
- Draft correspondence and prepare presentations
- Process expense reports and maintain organized records
- Communicate proactively with supervisors to address operational needs
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English & French) with strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing or operations setting
- Professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving mindset
