Position: Administrative Clerk

Our client, a busy legal office in Downtown Toronto, is looking for an organized Administrative Clerk for a 3-month temporary assignment. The role includes document management, mail coordination, and general office support.
What You'll Do:
- Print, scan, and manage physical and electronic documents
- Compile, organize, and maintain legal documentation and files
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal records
- Coordinate pick-up and drop-off of mail to and from an offsite location
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
What You Bring:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Experience in legal or professional office settings preferred
- Familiarity with legal documents a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
