We’re working with several established companies in downtown Toronto seeking enthusiastic and reliable candidates for temporary reception and administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage phone lines, emails, calendars, and meeting room bookings.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Coordinate mail, couriers, office supplies, and general office administration.
- Support internal teams with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, proactive, and reliable individuals eager to learn
- Previous corporate exposure is a nice to have
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Availability for short-term or week-to-week assignments
