Salary: $27–$30 per hour

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice assisting supporters and providing clear, professional guidance.
What You'll Do:
- Answer inbound calls in English and French.
- Provide clear, accurate information about programs, policies, and processes.
- Assist supporters with completing contributions and updating their records.
- Resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth supporter experience.
What You Bring:
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
