Principales responsabilités :
- Gérer l'ensemble du cycle comptable
- Effectuer les ajustements mensuels et les rapprochements bancaires
- Superviser un employé
- Gérer le processus de paie
- Participer à la comptabilité analytique
- Préparer et soutenir le dossier d'audit de fin d'année
- Aider à la documentation et à la production de rapports financiers en matière de R et D
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre et à l'amélioration des systèmes et processus financiers
Profil recherché :
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que contrôleur ou dans un poste similaire
- Une expérience dans l'industrie manufacturière est un atout
- Baccalauréat, DEC ou certificat en comptabilité
- A l'aise avec les systèmes ERP et les logiciels de comptabilité
- Maîtrise d'Excel et de Microsoft Office
- Professionnel pragmatique et organisé, doté d'un sens aigu des priorités

A fast-growing manufacturing company is looking for a Controller to oversee all accounting operations.
Reporting directly to the President within an entrepreneurial environment , this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an organization experiencing strong growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounting cycle
- Perform monthly adjustments and bank reconciliations
- Supervise one employee
- Manage the payroll process
- Participate in cost accounting
- Prepare and support the year-end audit file
- Assist with R&D financial documentation and reporting
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes
Profile Sought:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Controller or in a similar role
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset
- Bachelor's, DEC or accounting certificate
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and accounting software
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Hands-on, organized professional with strong prioritization skills
