Our client is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to support the full deal lifecycle, including pricing and discounting, deal structuring, approvals, and compliance, enabling the sales organization to close deals efficiently and accurately. The position partners closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Tax teams to support Quote-to-Cash processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and structure deals, including pricing, discounts, and contract terms.
- Assess contract risk and ensure compliance with internal policies and ASC 606.
- Support Quote-to-Cash workflows using Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive timely deal approvals.
- Document, improve, and roll out deal desk processes.
- Support new products, pricing models, and business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or related roles
- Strong Salesforce experience required; CPQ experience strongly preferred
- Experience working closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
