Our client, a large and highly reputable investment firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team on a contract basis with strong potential to transition into a permanent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar and inbox management.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and executive-level presentations.
- Arrange travel, including detailed itineraries and expense reporting.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Support meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up action items.
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership, preferably within financial services, investment, or corporate environments
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
