Schedule: Rotating shifts (5 days on / 3 days off – days, evenings, nights rotation)

We are seeking experienced and motivated Field Service Technicians to join our well-established client. The ideal candidate must have strong technical and hands on experience with repairing, troubleshooting, maintaining and installing electro-mechanical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure fare collection devices and related hardware.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults on site.
- Replace defective components and complete system upgrades.
- Conduct functional and quality testing of equipment
- Document service activities, repairs, and maintenance logs.
- Support system commissioning and post-installation verification.
- Provide basic training to customer staff on equipment operation.
- Respond to service calls and emergency issues when required.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction during all service interactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of field service, electronics, electro-mechanical, security systems, or similar technical experience
- Proficient using hand tools and working with small components
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and occasionally outside the area
- Must have a clean driver’s abstract and criminal record
