Quantum is partnering with a mission-driven not-for-profit organization making a meaningful impact in the community.
We are seeking a CPA-designated Finance Manager to oversee the finance and payroll team, manage day-to-day operations, budgeting, grants, and fundraising finance, while contributing to strategic planning and process improvements across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
- Lead payroll management, AP/AR, cash flow, and funder/grant reporting.
- Support Board Finance & Audit Committee meetings and reporting.
- Develop and implement finance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Collaborate with management to drive operational excellence and long-term strategy.
- Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and facilities oversight as needed.
- Support fundraising and organizational reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- CPA designation required.
- 5+ years of finance/accounting leadership experience.
- Not-for-profit, healthcare, or mental health experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
