Our client, an established brokerage, is seeking an Insurance Assistant to provide administrative support to the Commercial Lines team.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent insurance graduates or professionals with co-op or up to one year of brokerage experience to gain hands-on exposure to commercial insurance and contribute to client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support brokers with policy issuance, endorsements, and commercial insurance documentation
- Prepare and issue certificates of insurance to clients, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Follow up with insurers on renewals, endorsements, and policy updates
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with submissions, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate client communications, meetings, and inspections as needed
