We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of a cloud-based Warehouse Management System (WMS). Reporting to Business Platform leadership, this role focuses on enhancing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and supply chain efficiency while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
This onsite position is ideal for someone passionate about warehouse systems and operational excellence within a large, complex organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and configuration of the Manhattan Active WMS platform to meet business requirements.
- Gather and translate operational needs into system workflows, rules, and configurations.
- Oversee system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure successful integration between the WMS and other enterprise platforms.
- Analyze warehouse and inventory processes to identify optimization opportunities and drive best practices.
- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for efficiency and reliability.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to support data-driven warehouse and inventory management decisions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the WMS platform and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WMS).
- Proven experience implementing and configuring WMS solutions in a large-scale environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Experience integrating WMS platforms with enterprise systems.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or modernization initiatives preferred.
- Manhattan WMS certification and/or supply chain certifications considered an asset.
