Salary: $29.592 – $31.317 per hour
Contract Duration: Temporary (May 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

A healthcare organization is seeking a Parking Clerk – Customer Service to provide administrative and clerical support in the Parking Department. This role involves resolving parking issues for staff, residents, and visitors, maintaining records, answering inquiries, and providing reports to supervisors/managers. The position is on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve immediate parking issues in person, via email, or by phone.
- Maintain and monitor parking privileges for staff, residents, and visitors according to organizational policy.
- Provide clerical and administrative support, including payroll-related record-keeping.
- Generate and submit required reports and information to supervisors/managers.
- Perform other administrative duties based on operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months recent clerical experience in a fast-paced customer service environment requiring multi-tasking.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Data entry proficiency (4,000 keystrokes/hour).
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to quickly diagnose customer service issues and provide appropriate solutions.
