Our client, a well-established and growing insurance brokerage with multiple GTA offices, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their high-performing team.

The Role:

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will manage and service an established book of business, including home and auto policies. You will be responsible for renewals, endorsements, coverage reviews, and client inquiries while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and carrier partners.


Senior Account Managers typically service portfolios in the range of 1,300–1,400 policies, with structured internal support from technical teams to help manage backend processing.

This is a fully on-site role, offering stability, collaboration, and strong leadership presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage renewals from start to finish.
- Process policy changes and endorsements directly within carrier portals.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide coverage advice and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards.
- Liaise with insurance carriers to ensure proper policy servicing.
- Support claims guidance and client follow-up.

What You Bring:

- Active RIBO License (in good standing)
- 2–5+ years Personal Lines servicing experience
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and carrier portals
- Experience with a Broker Management System (EPIC preferred; others acceptable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High accountability and ownership of your work
- Strong time management and responsiveness
- Comfortable working in a structured, team-oriented office environment

Compensation:

- Starting base salary from $60,000

- Senior, plug-and-play candidates may command closer to $70,000 (case by case)
- Incentive program for cross-sell/upsell initiatives
