Position: Regional Dealer Development Manager
Location: Fully remote work with 25% travel – Atlantic Canada
Salary: $100K–$110K base + commission

Our well-established client in the automotive industry is seeking a Regional Dealer Development Manager to manage a portfolio of dealerships across Atlantic Canada, helping them improve performance and adopt key automotive programs.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with dealerships, understands how to drive results through coaching and process improvement, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals, finance managers, and executive teams.
- Partner with manufacturer field teams to support program engagement and performance.
- Conduct dealership visits to review results, identify opportunities, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Support and train dealership personnel in collaboration with internal product teams.
- Monitor, track, and report key performance indicators to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Deliver exceptional service experiences to both existing and prospective dealer partners.
- Collaborate with internal leadership on quarterly business reviews and territory planning.
- Maintain a disciplined, structured approach to activity tracking and performance reporting.
