Position: Research & Administrative Coordinator
Location: Downtown Vancouver (On-site)
Salary: $55,000 per year

Our client, a professional services organization in the commercial real estate space, is seeking a Research & Administrative Coordinator to join their downtown Vancouver office. This is a fully on-site role supporting a fast-paced, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property and market research using MLS, CoStar, Altus Data Studio, Pinpoint, and municipal databases.
- Prepare and update listings, agreements, and standard real estate forms.
- Create pitch materials, market surveys, building tour packages, and reports in PowerPoint.
- Manage listing expiries, documentation, and data accuracy.
- Draft and format documents, reports, and correspondence in Microsoft Word.
- Prepare and send DocuSign packages.
- Upload and organize files in ShareFile and internal drives.
- Print, scan, bind documents, and coordinate couriers.
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience in a real estate environment is required
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in commercial real estate and Adobe tools is an asset
