Position: HVAC Outside Sales Representative
Location: Kingston to Ottawa Territory (On the Road)
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000/yr. + commission (Base salary is negotiable based on experience)

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HVAC Outside Sales Representative to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients through face to face connections. The ideal candidate brings strong technical HVAC knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze customer needs while delivering exceptional service. This role covers a regional territory primarily between Kingston and Ottawa and requires regular travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform some cold calling and prospecting activities.
- Manage sales channels, seasonal orders, and stocking programs.
- Process incoming bids and project opportunities.
- Prepare and present quotes and follow up on open quote reports.
- Work closely with inside sales and purchasing teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Update and document sales calls and maintain accurate records.
- Report weekly on potential sales progress and pipeline activity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience required.
- Background in hydronics, heat pumps, and refrigeration required.
- Boiler sales experience is an asset.
- Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
