Salary: $32 to $34.87 per hour+ quarterly bonus (~$8K) + mileage reimbursement ($0.73/km)
Start Date: April 2026

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative for a field-based sales role covering the Ottawa region and surrounding territory. This position is a temporary assignment supporting a leave of absence, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys being on the road, maintaining client relationships, and managing a structured sales territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain an existing portfolio of client accounts
- Conduct 4–5 in-person client visits per day across your territory
- Follow up on provided leads and guide them through the sales funnel
- Promote products, programs, and core offerings
- Provide product training and support to clients
- Handle inbound inquiries, concerns, and service requests
- Track all activities and client interactions in CRM
- Support order processing (received via email)
- Develop and execute territory visit plans and account strategies
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable managing a structured, KPI-driven environment
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
