Position: Senior ERP Development Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Location: Greater Toronto Area | Onsite (5 days/week)
Salary: $160k to $170k per year

Our client, a rapidly growing Canadian retail organization, is seeking a Senior ERP Development Manager to lead the modernization of its ERP ecosystem.
With 40+ retail locations and continued expansion planned, the company is undertaking a major transformation of its technology stack, including a full migration from Microsoft Navision to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, integrated with LS Central for retail operations.
This role will act as the senior technical authority on ERP development, responsible for architecture, development standards, and the NAV → BC migration roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the NAV to Business Central migration and define ERP architecture
- Design and oversee AL/CAL development and BC extension-based customization
- Build modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, environment management, version control)
Integrate BC with LS Central, POS systems, e-commerce, finance, and supply chain platforms
- Lead and mentor a small team of ERP developers while collaborating with business stakeholders
Requirements:
- 7+ years of ERP development experience (NAV and/or Business Central)
- Hands-on experience with AL/CAL development
- Experience with NAV → Business Central migration or ERP modernization
- Strong understanding of LS Central or retail ERP/POS ecosystems
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and release pipelines
- Candidates with strong LS Central experience and retail industry backgrounds will be highly valued
