Position: Sr. Financial Analyst
Location: Mississauga
Salary: $30 to $38 per hour

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Sr Financial Analyst for a temporary role to join their team in their Mississauga location. The primary function of the role is to support in the preparation of financial planning, sales reporting and business planning. In addition, it also involves monthly estimate planning and support of financial systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the analysis and consolidation of Planning Cycles.
- Ensure all deliverables and financial expectations to Area Finance are met.
- Produce, compile, analyze, and deliver key reports including Annual Plan, Month-End Reporting, Expense Management, Latest Best
- Estimate (LBE), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle
- Compile and distribute monthly management reports including KPIs and commentary.
- Assist with local month-end procedures including P&L variance commentary.
- Track and prepare analysis related to Sales Incentive Plans.
- Ensure compliance responsibilities are completed in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Implement improvements related to local planning systems and procedures.
- Support ad hoc projects involving financial, accounting, and process improvements.
- Handle confidential information responsibly.
About you:
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Have good communication skills and a flair for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail, data integrity, and accuracy.
Your experience includes:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity accounting and/or finance experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, etc) and financial applications
- MUST have Bachelor’s degree
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management
